Welcome to The Rome Guide, a digital guide/resource by Hannah's Designs. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our product, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing our product.

By purchasing The Rome Guide, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our product.
2. Digital Product
- The Rome Guide is a digital product consisting of over 150 pages of advice, recommendations, tips & tricks for traveling to Rome
- Upon successful payment, customers will receive a downloadable link to access the product. The link will be sent to customers within 24 hours of purchase.
- Due to the digital nature of the product, no physical items will be shipped.
3. Pricing and Payments
- The Rome Guide is priced at $21.80 if paid in full.
- All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Refunds Policy
- We do not offer refunds for The Rome Guide due to its digital nature.
- Refunds will only be provided if the downloadable file arrives with a broken link and is unable to be accessed.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Hannah's Designs shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use The Rome Guide.
- Hannah and Hannah's Designs shall not be held liable for the result of using this guide. This guide is based on Hannah's experience here in Rome, and does not guarantee the same result to those who use the guide. Should the results differ, Hannah and Hannah's Designs will not be held responsible.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided in the product and do not guarantee any specific results you might achieve from using this product.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- The Rome Guide and all its contents, including but not limited to text, courses, trainings, guides, templates, graphics, images, and logos, are the property of Hannah's Designs and are protected by copyright laws.
- Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
7. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
- Hannah's Designs reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
